Oh, the places we'll go
I'm a life-design facilitator, certified creativity coach, writer, and editor. I'm the author of the life-design workbooks Life By Design, The Power of Quiet, and Press Pause, all published by Castle Point Books/St. Martin's Press. As an entrepreneur and mother of five, I'm passionate about helping others live deeply satisfying, meaning-driven lives.
My work has appeared in the Boston Globe, the Boston Globe Magazine, Wild Apples, Sun Magazine, and Bay Area Parent, among other print and online publications. Shortlisted for the Raymond Carver Short Fiction Award, in 2018 I was a finalist in the Rick DeMarinis Short Story Contest and the Tucson Festival of Books Literary Awards Competition. In 2019, I won the Rilla Askew Short Fiction Prize.
A dual national of Britain and the US, in 2014 I moved from Boston, Massachusetts, to Bainbridge Island, Washington, where I am happily overrun with books, people, and animals.
