Life Assessment Tool

Getting the picture

The Life Assessment Tool is an original, in-depth survey that illustrates your current framework in order to help you reach (or identify) your goals. We'll be taking in the view from 30,000 feet as well as from the runway.

This tool is written specifically for creative mothers. That said, many other individuals (women without children, grandfathers, etc.) have taken the Assessment and focused on the most relevant sections.

I take a holistic approach to creativity coaching. Because creativity cannot be separated from life as a whole (mind, body, and spirit) the questions in this assessment touch on many different aspects of daily life and experience. These details are key to creating an accurate picture of your current situation and framework. Aside from your e-mail address, none of the responses are required, so if there's a question that you'd rather not answer, please feel free to skip it.

Depending on how much detail you choose to provide, completing the assessment will take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. A progress bar will mark where you are in the assessment. You do not have to complete the assessment in a single sitting. You may page forward and backward in the assessment; just be sure to check off the "I'm done!" circle on the last page to submit the completed form.

After you complete the assessment, within one week you'll receive a copy of your responses along with one to three pages of personal observations and suggestions from me. The Life Assessment Tool is $48. Please allow up to ten days to receive your reponse. If ten days have passed and you haven't heard from me, please send me an e-mail.
